Just reached 10,000 views in 8 months on 41 hubs. Is that considered good on average?
It's embarrassingly Awful!
You should take a couple days off - delete ALL your hubs - then quit! (I did and it worked wonders for my golf game!)
Then petition the courts to change your name to Owen Peter - (be sure to use the Celtic spelling (**** *****)) because your next move should be to Ireland, where you can sign-up to HP again using an overseas server.
That should fix everything.

ps. how do you type the tongue-in-cheek symbols? :>p or is it 8>q, or maybe ;|, or :-p or.... never mind, just wasting a few bored minutes of my afternoon. LOL
With so much variation between Hubbers, Hubs, subjects, number of Hubs, etc. etc., I'm not sure there's really an "on average" (at least that any one Hubber is able to offer from his individual experience). 40-something Hubs aren't many "in the scheme of numbers of Hubs", so there's that. Also, keep in mind that - what - four or five of your eight months on here was in the middle of "The Panda thing"... I'd think the better measure for you would be views/earnings per Hub (but also percentage of Hubs getting traffic versus percentage that hasn't) - not what's "on average" for a zillion other people's zillions of different kinds of Hubs.
Before Panda, eight months was commonly about when things could start picking up a little more for a lot of Hubbers. Pre or post Panda, some things haven't changed. (Some have.)
It just sounds average on average to me, as it took me about as long to do the same with about the same number of hubs.

I've been on HubPages for over a year now. I have written 253 hubs (I deleted some) and just recently passed the 100,000 views mark. I think I should have more views by now considering the number of hubs and the amount of time I spend here. I know it is more about quality than quantity,...

I rarely complain and try to be as polite as possible. However, there are some things that sometimes really confuse me and I struggle to understand how HP works. For example I recently came upon hubs that struggle (at best) with the use of the English language. The author has very few hubs (two...

First, I want to apologize if you've heard this question a 1000 times before, but I'd be grateful if you could advise me from your experience. If I was to publish a large number of hubs across various topics, each targeting a well researched keyword/s, is it realistic to aim for an average daily...

Is there a way of comparing my average hub traffic to that of the average hubber so I can know either that I’m 1) doing all right and should feel pretty good about things, or 2) lagging behind the average hubber and therefore need to redouble my efforts.Either scenario could lead to good things....

I would like to know who is the top hubber in terms of Number of hubs. And also like to know about the income earned by him/her?
