   Cris Wallace of faux news stating ,If Ron Paul wins Iowa caucus " It doesn't count" What? If it doesn't count, why do they have them at all? Can anyone explain this?

      Ron Paul is the crossroads where the TEA party and the OWS meet. The bazillionaries thought they seized control of the TEA party, the elitists think they can get control of the OWS, but really, it’s not a left-right or rich-poor thing. It’s a call for American independence and personal freedoms. Ron Paul represents all that.

      What Ron Paul describes is the society we were working toward at the end of the Cold War. When the Berlin Wall came down, many of our freedoms went with it. Before that, the legal age for everything was 18. People could smoke cigarrets in public if they felt like it. A person carrying up to an ounce of weed was not breaking any laws. Drunk driving was a traffic violation, not a felony. A man could wink at a woman without getting charged with sexual harassment. Insulting a cop was freedom of speech, not a crime.
      This nanny state, this androgynous asexual society, this bubble-wrapped society…I’m sick of it. Ron Paul’s “crazy” was perfectly normal not too long ago.
      When the threat of communism loomed over the world, our government made sure we enjoyed freedom and prosperity. Now the communist threat to our government is long gone. And our freedom is gone along with it.

            If you had, and had studied the development of sources of money and banking over the centuries...have you studied the Constitution and gotten the picture of how far afield the govt is from the Constitution...let alone the minds of the citizenry...

      Considering America is Extremely screwed up, he is just what we need. If I may ask.  What is so extreme ? Auditing the criminal fed ? Pulling out our troops from the Neo-con crusades?  Backing up our worthless fiat dollar? I am sure he has other ideas I am currently not up on but,  so far so good. The status quo is not ok.

         The GOP candidates are either extreme or full of s**t (bachmann is both). I will back Ron Paul as a GOP candidiate. By his chances against Obama is very slim.

            Every article I've read (except for Fox News crap) says that he's the most likely candidate to beat Obama out of all the Republicans.
            
            All Republicans would vote for Paul because "he ain't Obama" (this IS the mood in the R neighborhoods now), and then a HUGE number of independents would flock to Paul for not being a slime bag. And numerous Democrats have even said they'll vote for him over Obama any day.
            
            The rest of the R candidates can only say "I'll get the R vote, then sell my soul to the others". And this can't win.
            
            Also, if Paul does NOT get the nomination, and he runs for a third party (which he will), he'll steal 8% of the Republican vote costing them about 4 or 5 states.
            
            If the Rs actually want to win, Paul will have to be, at least, the Vice Presidential candidate.

               Paul not only spoke out against TARP, he also voted against it. Every other candidate has recently said, President included, they still believe TARP was necessary. That makes them fools.

                        Instead of letting the crooks go bankrupt, we bailed them out. This not only let's the pestilence survive, but it allows it to spread. Future businessmen have now seen that, if only they are big enough, the tax payers will bail them out. Thus, they will take risks they shouldn't take, and invest money in places they shouldn't.

   What America has become is a direct result of its apathetic last thirty years or so in it's public  voting duties and political vigilance. Blame no one but yourselves for the mess we are in!  Now there's that and more , How do we get out of this? Its time to realize that it may be too late !  That all we can do know is  reclaim the power of government by doing our basic homework. Did you vote in the last election?  Did you vote just along party lines because it was easy ? Since the sixties in America we have believed we were in the midst of a cultural -social revolution , we are ! But that revolution was away from our responsibilities as voters  and towards a more self serving attitude of apathy .

   Well, of COURSE they are turning on Paul. Go to the FEC's website and take a good, long look at where these republican candidates are getting their money. They will defend the war machine forever — whether or not the people want it. It's a money-making proposition for military contractors and nothing more.
   
   The saber rattling has grown exceedingly old with the American people and these candidates show how out of touch they are with that.
   
   Ron Paul is the only one in that field that actually wore a uniform and served his country in a time of war. He's the guy the military and veteran community give the most money to.
   
   Do we really want more chickenhawks getting our young men and women of good conscience into yet another endless mess?
   
   Or, do you think it might actually be time to try a strong national defense (which we currently do not have), a bit of diplomacy and a non-interventionist policy towards other nations?
   
   A vote for anyone but Paul is a vote for more endless, needless war.
