God could be implicated in the commission of a crime

   If the bible is a fact, then all of those people, killing in the name of God can be charged, just as God is accomplice through orchestrating the commital of war crimes, genecide, murder, infanticide, assault and enciting numerous riots. In our country, ignorance of the law is no excuse.

      Not really, since if God cannot rationally exist, neither can heaven or hell. But you can have the bible removed from the shelf, but it would take a group effort and a lot of money to staunch it's proponents/supporters.

      I could care less for attention, I just like poking fun and having a good debate. Though I have only managed to find few good arguments, most of what is said is pointless to debate... Too irrational.

      If I were a cop, I could legally arrest you both. Given you did it based on her word alone. If she could prove she were innocent (which God can"t) she'd most likely go free and you alone would do the time. If however she did commit such a crime, your mental stabillity could come into question, which would also depend on your disposition upon arrest.
