Google AdSense question

I have looked and looked for this answer, and I'm pretty sure that the only thing I'm doing is making myself crazy.

What I would like to know is this: when I (or anyone else) has signed up for the AdSense program, does Google decide which Hubs the ads will be on, or will they be on every Hub? Is there a way to put them on every Hub?

Any and all help appreciated. Thanks so much, guys.

What URL did you submit when you applied?

Once you've got an Adsense account, ads will show any place you put your code.   On HubPages, if you've entered your code in your Account settings, HP will automatically add your code to all Hubs.

Entering the URL in Adsense is just a way of tracking what's making money and what's not, it doesn't cause ads to appear.

The idea is that if she starts seeing views, then she will know all is as it should be.

So far, I have done everything according to the HubPages 'How To...' which was enter hubpages.com on AdSense, come back and add my code to account settings. I have also done what paradigmsearch said as well- entering the specific urls for tracking purposes.

        Thanks Marisa!

If you have done the configure thing at https://hubpages.com/my/earnings/affiliate/ , then you are already in business. smile

Sounds like things have changed since I went through this 2+ years ago. So I'm not really sure just how google does things these days.

        What you can do is:

        1. Go to your adsense account.

        2. Click "My Ads".

        3. Click "URL channels"

        4. Click "+ new URL channel"

        5. Paste in your hub URL's.

You will know within a day or two if all is well. smile

It does sound like things have changed over the years. I think it was about three or so years ago that I first got started with Google Adsense and it was pretty simple. I guess they have made it harder for some specific reason.... One never knows with Google! smile

You don't need to make channels for it to work, or to track where the earnings are. You just go to 'performance reports' and click 'sites'.
