    Hi JMcFarland

Did you miss my post to you or is it that you do not want to debate with me? Please tell me.

You know I used to be very much like you... just something I have noticed.
A mediator of sorts... translating ppls meanings and explaining motives. We want peace... we seek to understand so we explain. It's interesting.

I am nowhere near a mediator. I do want to make sure there is understanding of each other so that everyone can basically argue on the same page.. I do believe in the saying "seek to understand before you seek to be understood". Even in disagreeing with each other (and there is very few that ATM and I agree on) I at least understand (for the most part) what he is trying to convey with his responses and how he tries to approach certain scenarios. I am still trying to learn your style so that instead of arguing and debating, we can have an intellectual discussion. What's what I really seek. Discussion and exchange of ideas, not debate

Im pretty straight forward. I am what I say in my hubs, and what I say here. I am a sinner in need of Gods grace and love. I have no doubt in Him and pray I will always have that faith. I will speak to a non believer open and honestly as I do to you. If I feel they are being unkind, I will tell them. If I feel you are placating someone, I will call you on it. I also realize I simply have opinions just like everyone else here and that doesn't mean Im always right so we will work things out as we go, just as we have been.

Notice that your judgments are based on being kind or placating (personal) as opposed to the subject matter of the thread and the words written there.

So if you are criticizing me for going off topic, what does it say about you for taking the time to address the person who went off topic?

So, that the person does not go off topic in the future. It's a learning thingy.

The next post in that page after mine is a post you made to CHRIS NEAL. You had posted it at almost the same time I had posted mine, and that could be why you might have missed it.

There are no questions in your posts at all.  There are assertions that have already been thrown back and forth multiple times, and you didn't really provide anything new to discuss.  Just the same old stuff we've been talking about on this forum (and others) for 183ish pages

Well explained Chris. Actually I would like to add something points here.
    1. Denominations are different from ministries. Every ministry cannot be treated as a denomination.
    2. All denomination does not exist because they disagree with all others. That is a false assumption.
    3. Even those that do disagree do not disagree on the truth. The disagreement is only on some of their opinions.
    4. There are some denominations (very few) posing as a Christian denomination but are actually not Christians at all.
    5. Very few denomination exist that really put down another denominations.

Applying all this to the number 38000 and I wonder what we would get!

I am no judge. I can't. My sh't stinks too. smile God deals with us all on all levels. Know truth, hate what he hates; acknowledge. Accept his grace until he does the "changing". I could never have done in me, what The Lord has done. He does the changing.
If you "like" being gay, or lying, or thievery, or promiscuity he knows and can handle that, through our humility. And our acknowledgment. And our trust.  We all will deal with sin until there is no more, anywhere.
