Here you have two of my all time favorites which are chicken and bacon.
I use skinned and boneless chicken thighs to make this recipe with. Chicken thighs have a lot more flavor than chicken breast and they are usually one third the price of chicken breasts. You can use chicken thighs in any recipe calling for chicken breast.
You need to start by buying a pack of chicken thighs and then you need to remove the skin and bones from your chicken thighs.
Cut your chicken up into small bite size pieces and put all your chicken into a plastic container with liquid Italian Dressing.
Let the chicken soak in the Italian Dressing for at least four hours.
Now you'll need a pack of bamboo skewers and a pack of bacon. You'll also need some wooden toothpicks to fasten the bacon to the chicken.
Put your small pieces of chicken onto the bamboo skewers and then wrap the chicken tightly and fasten with wooden toothpicks.
Cook on a baking pan that you have sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
Cook about 20 - 25 minutes on one side and then 20 - 25 minutes on the other side at 350 degrees. Your bacon should be crisp and your chicken should be done. Sprinkle with salt and pepper while it is cooking on both sides.
Serve on a plate with corn on the cob, a small green salad, and garlic bread for a great kids meal.
You can serve very small dishes of Ranch Dressing with the meal so people that want to can dip their bacon wrapped chicken in the dressing.
You won't find a much better meal than this.
So What Do You Think Of This Recipe And Meal Ideal
Let us all here what you think and if you have a quick ideal for a chicken meal let us all hear from you. Your tips, suggestions, questions, and comments are of course welcome.
Chicken Crock Pot Tacos
Here we have chicken tacos made in the crock pot. It's a very easy to make recipe that anyone can make quickly and easily.
You will need for your recipe
1. One Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
2. One Envelope Taco Seasoning
3. Six Skinned Boneless Chicken Thighs
4. One Sixteen Ounce Jar Salsa
Put all your ingredients into the crock pot.
Cook on high for four to six hours.
After the chicken is done remove it from the crock pot and on a plate shred the chicken with a fork. Put your chicken back into the crock pot and stir well.
Now you'll want taco shells, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, and sour cream. Put some of the mixture from the pot in each chicken taco and then add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, guacamole, and sour cream. Eat and enjoy.
These chicken tacos are easy to make and oh so delicious.
I love bacon too. But it is so good wrapped around the chicken. Together dipped in ranch dressing they make a wonderful flavor combination.

Do you prefer chicken breasts or chicken thighs?Let's face it everyone loves breasts, but when it comes to that fat that lies on the thighs, most of us can't help ourselves. So which do you prefer, chicken breasts or chicken thighs? (I'm talking about food and cooking here people).

You can make almost anything out of a chicken thigh that you can make out of a chicken breast and in most cases you'll find that chicken thighs will cost you one third the cost of chicken breast. Just remove the skin and bone from the chicken thighs and you'll have a great piece of chicken to work...
