As a former avid viewer of HGTV and Bravo I am now turning the channel everytime they promote gays.
I am straight, I want to see a straight couple, I want to see the family united, I want to see people married.
This is destruction of the American society by convincing us this is normal.
I am not against gays but I am against promoting this lifestyle. This lifestyle means the end of our society - someone knows this and is manipulating us.
What do you think? Would you turn away from a channel if you felt it's ultimate goal was to change your core value system?
I don't even like hearing the religious channels so why would I be acceptable to this re-conditioning? I want to see the family unit united - husband, wife and children. I want to see wedding rings. I want to see babies, I want to see our families, our country flourish.
What? Do you not see that the king is wearing his new outfit: a wonderful pair of chartreuse and black striped pantaloons, a blouse of magenta and lace, an ermine trimmed violet velvet cape and a pair of the most beautiful pointed silk slippers.
In all reality he is quite naked (and ironically this is the vision the gays would probably enjoy the most.)
Yes, you are, completely, totally and with full bigotry.
Sad really.
TV hasn't shaped your morals, your religion has eliminated them.
I don't watch those channels, so I'm not sure what you mean. But, we tend to fear what we don't understand. Having a more open gay presence in the media helps you see the diversity you may not have been aware existed. I'm not sure how it changes one, except to make one more accepting of the values of others, by exposure.
Either way, there are plenty of channels to choose from. Watch what makes you happy. The only reason shows are on is because they make money for the corporation making them. Someone might have an agenda, but if they can't find an audience the show won't last.

I'm so sick and tired of sifting through the hateful, prejudicial, unfair, partial, discriminatory news sources so readily available with a simple Google search. Even more irritating is people's incessant need to join in on any angst-addled, spiteful bandwagon that comes rolling by them. They jump...

I've joined hubpages last month because of all the words spreading around about it and since then I've created about 50 hubs all spread out over several accounts. Now I've targeted long tail keywords for my hubs with average CPC of 2$ and about 1000 hits per day. My hubs are ranking well and I'm...

So my question is for those that use the channel feature- what is the best way to go about using them and have you made more...

Why is it Presidential debates have to be on every channel? I feel like a child being punished.Seriously, do they have to be on every channel? Do they think that we are not smart enough to turn to the right one, tape it, or watch it online afterwards? It's as if I'm a child being punished who...

Do radio and television stations know exactly when you change the channel? Thanks in advance.
