There must be an efficient way to locate a specific hub if you know the title of the hub w/o having to scroll through hundreds of hubs by a particular author?
I have tried inputting the hub title into the "search" window w/o success. I can find no help to perform this simple task. amazing!
Hi BlueKnightt, sorry it's been so frustrating for you! Our Search feature needs some work, and we do plan to make improvements at some point in the future.
For now, if you know the exact name of the Hubber and title of the Hub, try: http:// hubbername.hubpages. com/hub/Exact-Title-of-the-Hub
For example if your Hubber name is CaptainKirk and your Hub is entitled "How to Pilot the Starship Enterprise," the URL would look like:
http:// captainkirk.hubpages. com/hub/How-to-Pilot-the-Starship-Enterprise
Hopefully that helps!
You can also search Google specifically for content on a website, like HubPages.com
Here is an example
+"Diagnosing common browser issues and problems" site:hubpages.com
Here is a Google search link for the same expression.

If you wanted to search a specific HubPages subdomain, you could use something like this.
+"Diagnosing common browser issues and problems" site:matthewmeyer.hubpages.com
Here are some other useful Google search tips.

I just go to my accounts page and use the "find" feature of my browser.
Take a deep breath and call its name very loudly. The hub will normally turn up within a couple of minutes.
Well, sometimes.
Okay, that doesn't work, I just made it up.
I try this with my cell phone all the time. No luck so far!

I am kind of tired of this whole traffic thing. Everyone else claims great success, and I can't get a view. I have only 2 views today, and 23 views for the whole week.I have tried everything to get traffic, and nothing is working for me. I even joined several social sites, and my traffic has only...

For the first time, after publishing a new hub, I was not able to find it in google search for three days. I had to manually enter the hubs information into google so that it would be added to the search engines. Since then, the hub has only had 1 view from google... though yahoo search seems...

When I first started writing at HubPages I was under the impression that one should make the url and the first title of their hub the same.So my question now is: When trying to write the url for maximum traffic, how much should you really deviate on the main title? Or does it even matter if the key...
