      Yes. I think you really need to add more content to your hub and more visuals like pictures and some tables if applicable Enjoy hubbing!

      What Is the purpose of the Hub?  To provide information or to promote something?  If it is the latter I would expect that is the problem.

   Without looking at the hub (since apparently I can't) my first impression is that the title is very long. Hubpages encourages titles of no more than 7 words and I believe 60-ish characters including spaces. This may be no indication of the hub itself, but you might want to read up on Hubpages tips on writing a stellar hub and see if yours fits the criteria.  It doesn't have to for everything to be featured, but its a good direction to work toward.

   It might now be long enough, it might have something offensive in it, and make sure your photos aren't stolen, even though I don't think hubpages checks that kind of thing for their quality assurance check.
   
   The number one reason mine aren't featured is length. I've heard that you need at least around 500 words for Hubpages to feature your hubs. I've had one featured at 350 before though, but it's a case by case thing.
   
   Also if you click that "Needs Improvement" drop down that you showed in your screenshot it will tell you why it needs improvement. If it says quality, then either you arranged your hub strangely, or it's not long enough. That's my best advice for you, good luck.

   Totally agree with @Jennifer   Title of content should not exceed 60-65 characters. One of my hub title was of 85 characters , it was in unfeatured zone but as i changed title to 63 characters it got featured so i suggest you to take care of characters inf title.

   I would also check to make sure that it isn't there simply as a commercial.  Each hub should be like a magazine article.  It should provide a lot of information to the reader, and not simply be a commercial or a way to get a link to another website.  There is a limit of 2 links to any one website (with exceptions for very common websites.)

   If hub is unpublished hubbers can't see it and hence can't help. HubPages staff may be able to see it but not sure if they will be able to help you with your hub. But give it a shot.
