cPanel is a unix based web hosting control panel that provides a graphical interface and automation tools designed to simplify the process of hosting a web site. cPanel utilizes a 3 tier structure that provides functionality for administrators, resellers, and end-user website owners to control the various aspects of website and server administration through a standard web browser.
InterWorx is a Web Hosting Control Panel developed as part of an effort led by Chris Wells of Nexcess, LLC. The InterWorx control panel has also been referred to as the InterWorx Cluster Panel as it's designed to support software-based load balancing and clustering via a web interface, similar to the H-sphere control panel.
For ease of use I would go with cPanel. Which was initially released March 27, 1996. The last stable release was about 10 months, either way the cPanel is WAY more matured.
I Post my technology posts as the Technology_Guru, the profile I am currently logged in as is for AMV of the week, which is also a Linux guide, that uses Linux as a video editor to create anime music videos.
I'm on linux server so cpanel is what i have tried so far. And it is easy to use. There are also custom cpanel(if you see dreamhost),which are bit complicated than cpanel.
Yet to use Interworx .
I think that more and more web hosting providers start using Interworx on some servers, so I thought I'd give it a try. As much as I've seen so far, it's not so 'stuffed' as cPanel. Looks more user-friendly... whatever. Thanks for the answers.
I use host gator for my hosting, there cpanel is top notch

I've never seen/heard of interworx, but I have used various incarnations of cPanel. It works.
At this juncture, I prefer to administer my servers remotely via ssh and ftp, primarily, and stay away from graphical back-ends like cPanel, all the same.
I think one of the big reasons to go with InterWorx is security. The team over there is constantly updating their product and working out any bugs that arise. It's also easy to use and if you ever have any questions, the support staff is incredibly helpful.
