   Someone asked me earlier to explain all the terms that have arisen lately concerning that popular site Bubblews. It is an especially confusing subject for Bubblers themselves, so I promise to be double plus patient with any of your inquiries concerning the list below.
   
   Bubblews: some people have unkind things to say, like this -- http://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/bubblews.com, but most visitors simply rate it as a great place to talk about 'anything' in the hope of getting paid.
   
   A bubbler: someone who takes whatever comes into their head and posts it on Bubblews.
   
   A bubblick: a Russian bubbler who wants to marry you and have your credit card.
   
   A bubblips: the commonest kind of bubbler, their lips move when they read or write anything on Bubblews.
   
   Bubblonic Plague: this is a netbourne virus that causes massive degenerative zombification of some who visit the site too often. Classic symptoms include mumbling over and over again, 'I got paid the first two times but now...'
   
   I hope this helps the newbies! Please let me know if there is anything that you would like clarified.

         Bubbillionaire: a bubbler with a million buboes. A stage in the progression of the Bubblonic Plague.
         
         I know someone is going to turn up and say it is wrong to make fun of people with buboes and I am obliged to heartily agree.

   Bub-curious- Those that want to try Bubblews but have talked so much tish in the past, they are afraid of what their friends will think!  Yet they cannot get the site from their mind.  Often fantasizing about it in their spare time.  Symptoms include continuously berating those that are bub in an attempt to overcome their urges.  Occasionally browsing through the bub kingdom secretly.  Many times bubble images can be found in secret folders of their harddrive.

      If you are one of the Bub-curious, confession and tears with a spouse or significant other can help. It may seem such a shameful thing and you may think that you could never talk about it, but in time, the horror will leave the eyes of loved ones and the long road to recovery will begin.

   Haha... I don't know why Bubblews bothers Will so much. You might as well start an anti-facebook thread but what good would it do? However, I don't know why it would bother anyone else if Will doesn't like Bws... the whole subject seems totally benign to me, but then there are those who wonder why some of us would post on the religious threads. Is it safe to say that Will is a Bubbltheist and Mark is a Bubbliever? I enjoy when you two converse.

      I feel almost bad pointing this out but cannot help it.
      
      Bubblews is not for writers. Also, it is not a real social site.
      
      It is just possible that the people who started it have a half-decent idea in mind. Perhaps they are trying to seed a genuine social site and the present falsehood is a skeleton that they would hope some genuine organic thing will coalesce around.
      
      I am doubtful that this will work.
      
      If you start from a falsehood, you almost always end up with a falsehood.
      
      Mostly what I hate though, is this 'will they pay me, wont they' drivel being thrust in my face.
      
      If the mods got this stuff out of HP forums, and into the far end if the universe, I would be delighted to ignore it.

            The issue might be:
            
            It is not interesting enough.
            
            It is not original enough.
            
            It does not take the discussion forward.

   There are also bubbreaks: the few minutes spent taking a breather from work to write a bubble or to comment on a few. Surprising as it may be to some, taking just a couple of bubbreaks a few days during the week adds up to at least one $25 Paypal payment each month.

      I obviously had no idea what I was doing when I was participating there. I never even knew there was a forum to visit... or whatever they do. I just posted 5 hubs and stared at my screen. I knew I was doing something wrong.

      Twenty five dollars a month? A Welsh boyfriend would probably be more profitable.
      
      edit: I am almost certain that you are going to say that you already have a Welsh boyfriend but last week he fell off a mountain and now he only has one lung (enough for his wife, but sadly not for you, as well).

         Actually, I earn comfortably from my translation work. Translating in my specialist topic brings me $120 on average per 1000 words, and I get through anything from 1500 to 3500 words a day, occasionally even a bit more, on the days I choose to work.
         
         Thus the $25 a month or so bubble money is neither here nor there. However, it literally is money for nothing, namely $300 a year for no noticeable effort, just having the same sort of conversations with people I might otherwise have on Facebook during my shorter breaks from work. I could of course bubble during my longer breaks as well and get even more, but I prefer to spend those practising my harp, fiddle and whistle, reading, or playing games. 
         
         I have no reason, financial or otherwise, to disrupt my very contented life by importing into it a boyfriend, Welsh or otherwise, or a girlfriend come to that.
