I have been watching these talks quite a bit the last few days.  If you enjoy them as well, leave a reply and say which video is your favorite.

Anything by Sir Ken Robinson. He's such a brilliant speaker. Start with 'How Schools Kill Creativity' if you haven't seen it already.

I did see that one, but I haven't seen others by him.  I'll definitely look him up.  Thanks.

Yes, I love his stuff - He did a great one on the new paradigms of education on RSA (similar to TED) - Well worth a view here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zDZFcDGpL4U

My personal favorite TED talk is Simon Sinek's 'Start with why' which is a superb analysis of how you can make what you do resonate with other people: http://www.ted.com/talks/simon_sinek_ho … ction.html

I just saw it, and it is very good.  When I was watching it, I had an "Ah, of course" feeling throughout the video.  I will keep his advice in mind.  Thanks for sharing.

New favorite one, with Logan LaPlante; somewhat related to the Ken Robinson talk.

      I also like this one.

It's about meditation.  Short, useful and to the point.

I love the Ken Robinson talk that you mentioned Marina.  We first watched it at college, and I've seen it several times since then.  It makes so much sense, (and is sadly so true!)

We saw the animated version on YouTube.  Have you seen it? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zDZFcDGpL4U .  It's really creative, and definitely worth a watch.

I love TED talks.  Not sure if I can pick a favorite, but I do recall a couple that left an imprint.  I love those by Louie Schwartzberg, a time lapse photographer.  This one has to be at the tip top of my favorites.

I've watched tons, but one of my favorites is Bobby McFerrin (who sings "Don't Worry, Be Happy") playing the audience. Here's the link: http://www.ted.com/talks/bobby_mcferrin … music.html

Sing along like the audience. You'll see!

Bobby McFerrin is a great jazz vocalist, but I never knew he did a TED Talk.  Thanks for posting.

Do you know where the whole video would be?  I'm interested in what he said about the pentatonic scale (I've heard that before), and about what the whole context is.

I love the Simon Sinek, Start with why.  That's one I was thinking of and couldn't remember his name.  Simply brilliant and so inspiring.  So glad you mentioned it here, it's very much worth listening to again and again.

I can't remember who it was, but it was a very short one on the best way to tie your shoes.  It totally worked, my shoes have never come untied since.  Science!
