I have had a few articles come up with the red circle c in the past and they were from blogspot so I could clear them up with the form to google. The few on forums I haven't figured out how to get removed, but lately more and more of my hubs are getting the red c for showing up on the site posted in the subject line. I've clicked on one before and can't find my article or how to contact the site.
Is anyone else having problems with this particular site and found a way to remove your content?
    Thanks.

Lots of us are dealing with that site.  You want to file a notice of infringement per the guidelines established with the passing of the Digital Millenoum Copyright Act.

The Learning Center has a guide to walk you through the process.

That site is hosted by GoDaddy, so send your DMCA infringement report to their copyright agent at  copyrightclaims@ godaddy . com (remove the spaces).

      Suzanne,
Thanks to the other forum link, that is the exact problem I am having and it is impossible to file a DMCA with them (they even have their own link to file on the website) when I can't find my article after I see it for the brief second.
I did manage to get another one removed from a forum the other day, about 4 years to late for that hub.
Thanks again, I'll try and follow what's going on with that topic link.

finding your hubs to remove it or edit it is easy. You can also see what's wrong with your hubs. Once you are logged in, click the logo/icon Hubpages on the upper left side of your screen. Then it takes you to your profile. check the right screen. You can see "Your Hubs" and click that. You can now find all your hubs and do whatever you want to do with it.

Peg, the entire ics21.com domain has been taken down.  I reported them to GoDaddy (their host) after it seemed none of us were making contact.

GoDaddy requires you keep you domain contact info up to date and respond to NOIs promptly if you want to keep your site up.  They couldn't get in touch with them either.

When a huge site has a gmail address for their tech support, it's often the sign of a faked domain registration.

Wasn't this site redirecting to another domain though? Japanesex or something like that? I noticed the ic21.com is taken down, but what about where it was redirecting? Anyone remember or know if something happened there? It seems to me the redirected site is what held the actual content.

In reply to your series of questions,

      1) yes
      2) no, but I'm sure that exaggeration is being passed around the forums freely
      3) where it was redirecting in the end was not a problem.
      4) yes
