I found not that long ago that one of my recipe hubs was stolen and published on another site word for word (with some extra words added within my text) including the picture I used. I went to that site (ireport.cnn.com) and filed a DMCA with them. I never got a response from them. Then I forgot all about this. I went to my HP stats page today and saw that there is still the (c) next to that hub. I went back to the site where my stolen hub content was published and I see that it is still there. What can I do to get it removed?
Resend your takedown notice to the company that is the internet host for that site.
you can also report them to google and bing get them delisted
lovebuglena, I posted a similar issue just yesterday, and now everything is clearer to me as to why the content appears still live, here is thread:

I found out this morning that this site had stolen at least 2 of my hubs. The more I looked, the more I noticed that it appears every single post on the site is a stolen hub, completely copied in most cases (including the authors' names and copyright notes, ironically). I see lots of names of...

Today I received another RED copyright notice on an old hub, "The First Signs of Urticaria" and I followed the link to the alleged site in violation. What I found was an Advertisement (very lengthy) selling a product to get rid of hives. I looked around and couldn't find any evidence that...
