Is there a way to delete unwanted views?

   I just checked Google Analytics and discovered that something called porn forums GA has looked at one of my hubs three times.  I do not see whether they copied anything, but this makes me VERY nervous.  Is there a way to block them from my articles?  I took a look at the site and it was absolutely sickening.  I'm open for all info and advice.

   Its probably referral spam rather than the site actually looking at your site.
   
   You can add a filter to your analytic account to stop it showing up in the results

      How do you do that? 
      
      I did a big disavow thing about 6 months ago and really do not want to have to do it again because my backlinks have tripled.  I'm not sure it helped me, anyhow.

         In GA go to Admin, then all Filters, add new filter
         
         create a filter name,
         then custom,
         then choose campaign source from select field,
         type in exactly the name of the referral to block in filter pattern
         click on all web site data then click on Add
         Then save
         
         Hopefully it should work, I've done it a few times and seems to work

      They are viewing one from my other site here that deals with learning to say no.  I am absolutely stunned to see this, but just checked Webmaster to see if they are linking, and thank goodness they aren't...what I can't figure out is why anybody from a porn site, let alone 3 of them, would want to read an article like this one.

         Referral spam works by showing up in GA and then people click on the link that then goes back to their site. Most times it is shopping sites

         As someone who is a trained sex educator, I understand exactly why someone on a porn site would want to read your article.  There is a lot of discussion around consent and saying yes or no when it comes to sexual activity, both real or fantasy.  Whoever is reading your article wants that info.  Whether they are using it educationally or for self-gratification is unknown, but that's why most people read for sex:  to solve a tech issue (this isn't working for me!) or to try and get off harder (this is working for me!).  Not much else to it.
         
         Disavowing links does not mean those links go away in the real world, or that people get blocked from using links that exist.  It just means that Google ignores their existence and any related activity.  A disavow is a virtual cessation of activity, not a real/physical one.

               This is far too  technical for me.  I've only had 3 views so far, so maybe that will end it. I sure hope so.  In the past, I have gone as far as deleting articles to get malicious spammers to leave me alone.  I'm going to wait and see what happens, and hopefully, not much will!  Thanks.

            Thanks, Relache...who knew???  The gist of this article is basically to inform people about what they can do to keep from being involved in situations they really do not like.  For example, sending Christmas cards every year to people you barely know or have not seen for years because you once responded to one they sent, they are now sending them yearly, and you just don't know how to put a stop to the merry go round.
            
            Never thought of this issue in terms of sex, but it's obvious from what you said that it might apply.  Learn something new every day!!
