I read the spammy elments criteria on hubpages. I have looked at forums about it and still i still cant find the spammy element on my hubs.I put some time and effort into making them better and im still working on them. My hub is : http://hubpages.com/money/How-to-make-a-quick-50

    what am i overlooking?

plus where can i find this hubpage boot camp i been hearing about?

Unfortunately the very topic of the hub will be seen as spammy and may prevent it from being featured. HP is doing its utmost to clean up and informatative hubs such as yours are often the casualties.

Additionally, you need to clear up your grammar. 'I' is always capitalized. Lowercase 'i' comes across as lazy writing. Your general punctuation needs reviewing - there are no spaces before commas; there is always a space after a comma/period/full stop, etc.

This hub was featured once as you can see I already have comments. All of a sudden it was taken down.I know many hubs like these so I tried to make mines different with the strcture. It makes things easier to read for my readers. I will try to work on my grammar. Sometimes I don't catch everything.

We can't see that Hub right now.  You need to use the link in the email you were sent to enable us to see it.

You're not understanding.  We can't see an unpublished hub except through a very special link that you receive in an email from HubPages.  The email contains a link to auto-generate a forum post and that forum post contains the special link.  It looks like a normal url but with a bajillion random characters at the end.  That is the only way to do it.

It works now because the hub passed the quality assessment filter and was published.  Good job, you apparently found the spammy element.  "Spammy element" is HP management's term for links that seem overly promotional, could be links to other websites or Amazon product links.

no, it still says its pending. Im not sure why its showing now but it does this all the time. It will be removed by tomorrow under the issue of spammy elements. This is just how it starts.

It's still not visible.  You need to post that special link, please.

Boot camp is just what all Hubbers go through when they first start out, to see if they will write quality Hubs; they are a bit more scrutinized at that point. Then, after that, you get the QAP on Hubs like everyone does.
