So is the score or traffic the determining factor for a Hub getting on a niche site? Just wondering.
It is definitely not score. The Hubs I've had transferred have been the highest-traffic ones.
If you think about it, HubPages is creating niche sites to please Google. Therefore, it would be logical to choose the Hubs that Google likes best, i.e. those with the most traffic.
I do recall seeing a post somewhere which said they are also using some lower-trafficked Hubs if they find that a particular category is short of Hubs.
Not sure which it is, or even if it is either or these. I guess if a hub is well written, factual and useful, then it has a chance of being selected for a niche site. Some new hubs without much traffic have been transferred over.
Hope that is true. Mine have been highest traffic hubs.
But, they certainly would want to start with those that are being searched-- building up a group of followers. Go HP!
Hubscores fluctuate because they follow daily increase or decrease in traffic for each hub.

I've written almost 20 hubs in the last few weeks since I've returned to HubPages. I've had no problems getting featured & my hubs get moved to niche sites pretty fast. But I wrote a hub 5 days ago and it still has not been transferred to a niche site. What do we do if a hub does not get...

I do not understand the method of sending hubs to a niche site. How does it work? I tried sending my 1st hub to Bellatory.com but they rejected it, saying I had to make changes. It was silly on my part though, I had no idea back then, I had newly joined and had simply submitted it, without...

I'm very happy with the results of the niche sites. It's a win-win for HubPages and writers like myself. But I'm a bit curious about the process for choosing Hubs that go on those sites. One of my most successful Hubs on a niche site has more than 1,250 words, multiple photos and an original video....

Since HubPages is changing their focus to feeding their new niche sites, where will you be moving your hubs that don't fit the new sites?I highly doubt they'll make any new sites that have anything to do with any of the topics I write on the way I write on them so I'll likely need new homes for all...

I already have a number of hubs moved to the Hubpages network sites, but haven't really seen a drastic traffic change in said hubs. So, is it worth the risk to submit one of my hubs that already receives a decent amount of daily views to a vertical site?I'd hate to see aforementioned hub drop in...
