    Hello
I have associated Paypal to my HubPages account. But Paypal asks for US bank account number or a card. I am not a resident of US; I am from Kuwait.
I tried inserting master card number which they do not accept. If I get a payment how will it reach to me?
    Please help!

      Maybe this can help you?

I know that some countries are not Paypal welcome - like the one of my significant other, for example. For his country, it's hopeless but it looks like the NBK partners with Paypal, for whatever reason.

You should ask your local branch for more information smile

You could Google 'Paypal Kuwait' and start from there.

    This page is discouraging: https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Abo … d-p/654804

It is a few years old, something might have changed.

You could look at Google adsense and your own Amazon ID. They might mail checks to Kuwait.

You must use the correct Paypal for your own country.  For instance, I use Paypal Australia.

I don't know what the correct Paypal is for Kuwait, I suggest you Google it.

Hey Rajasthani, if you have a friend or family member that already has a PayPal account, have them send you a "bill" for $10 or so (to your emal account). When you get the email about sending money, it will allow you to set up a PayPal account linked to your credit card. You only have to link to a bank if you want to, and it does not have to be a US bank.

Thank you for your reply Dr Mark1961. ☺
Unfortunately, none of my family or friends have a Paypal account.
