      More the reason to let them monitor. They know all the dirty tricks of the trade of rigging elections. Maybe they will point some of them out being used here.
      
      Although, it is usually the democratic party who stuffs ballot boxes and cheats during the election process, we know they don't like Hillary, so even if they pointed something wrong out few democrats would care.

               America people have been constantly distracted like a shell game trying to figure out what hand has the ball. Meanwail watching a minor shell game, you don't notice the big dirty work being done until it is too late.
               
               Then people are too overwhelmed to do anything about it and who has trillions to go after the trillionaire. It is going to get physical because Buerocrock and greedy can't give up their illness, we common folks must be the cure.

               Putin has always impressed me as being very intelligent without the usual  Russian B.S.   He is also  in control of his own policies and people. , The Russians WERE once a very politically paranoid nation of leaders .    We as two superpowers  have outgrown a lot of that  pre- 80's paranoia , Thank you  Ronald Reagan  .      He is right about the American media fed and government supported media distractions !   
               
               As to distractions , Our congress Sucks !   The white house power Sucks ,  The senate and house suck .   Will the American people , voters awaken to this AND reclaim America ?   
               
               Will our News Media ever neutralize to honesty , accuracy and integrity again ?

                  Everything is rigged for war, it is a matter of if we can stay under 100 million kills. As NATO generals announced deaths count around world war two is unstoppable.

                  I'm very impressed with Putin.  The way Obama and Hillary have been prodding and accusing Russia / Putin without any proof at all...they lie.  Putin doesn't want war, he wants peace, and he wants to destroy ISIS, that Obama and Clinton support.

                  Indeed, he knows and is being honest trying to wake the American people up.
