I now have a big music site with nice reach sharing a few of my music niche articles from Spinditty..I can already see the views coming in. Very excited for the potential exposure for myself and especially Spinditty!

For sure!  I've been doing ok on Reddit as well..you should give that a shot. They have the subreddits where you could share your specific articles on bands, genres and things of that nature. I think you could do really well in some of those.

Thanx for the tip. I've never had much luck with Reddit in the past, but I might take another look at it, cuz my numbers have been in the dumpster lately. big_smile

For sure man. Also, don't just leave the link, but make a nice descriptive title in that section as well..just another little trick I learned.

For example, you could take your Halford and Fight jams, and go right into that Priest subreddit. They are good articles, I see no reason why people would not enjoy reading those there..just a thought.

It's been so long since I messed with Reddit that I'd probably have to open a new account and re-learn how the site works all over again, haha.

I think the key is there, you need to have good content you can stand behind. And your stuff is solid...go right into the ''Music'' Reddit , and click the big huge subreddit topics page..start linking up some closely related stuff. You should be able to kill it there..just go easy too I always share sparingly over time.

You can do multiple user accounts on Reddit too. I would do an account with a different username other than your articles for your sharing purposes. Helps ease the ''self-promoting'' connotations.

When I see you, I'll give you some comments and upvotes. Get a little ''juice'' going your way..

Hey Jesse, I started experimenting w/Reddit this weekend, launching a few "test balloons," so to speak, under the sub-reddits for thrash metal, power metal and hair metal... now we play the waiting game.
