   I should have never called you a bot. That was wrong. It was a cheap underhanded tactic to discredit you.
   
   You get an extra ounce of respect with the following article;
   
   
   This analysis finds five unique clusters of Trump voters: American Preservationists (20%), Staunch Conservatives (31%), Anti-Elites (19%), Free Marketeers (25%), and the Disengaged (5%)
   
   Staunch Conservatives comprise the second major tier of core Trump supporters in the Republican primaries, with Ted Cruz being their second choice. Staunch Conservatives are the most loyal Republican voters, and they have maintained highly favorable views of Trump since the election.
   
   Staunch Conservatives tend to be slightly older, more male than female, and upper middle class with moderate levels of education. They are the most likely group to own guns and to be NRA members. They are the most politically interested and aware group and one of the most likely groups to have correct knowledge of political facts.
   
   P.s. Still think you are wrg tho so I guess this is a back handed apology. Maybe I'm the self unaware bot meat golem?

      Apology accepted, though I'm not sure it was warranted that much.
      
      Your article didn't come through, though, so I can't read it.  It appears that you view me as a "staunch conservative", but let me explain something here.  I find the far right as objectionable as the far left.  Both are, as far as I'm concerned, doing their best to destroy what has made this country the best on earth (IMO) - one by giving it away and the other by forcing an intolerant belief system, willy nilly, onto everyone else.  I'm not a NRA member and don't own a gun, though I have in the past; as a youth I helped feed my family with one.
      
      Trump: Trump is a disgusting example of a part of America I don't like, but one I can accept and live with - that of big business.  He has, however, showed at least some signs of doing the right thing, taking the right actions.  His attempts at limiting travel, his crack down on illegals, his attempt to stop sanctuary cities, his "wall", even the supposed end to the illegal DACA program.  He seems to understand something so many liberals don't; that we are a nation of laws, laws that are not to be broken with impunity because we don't like them or we can make a buck off ignoring them.  I even think he has done as well as anybody could with the whacko in N. Korea.
      
      In short, Trump is, very slowly, showing signs of being a leader.  If he would curb his mouth he'd do better, but he is taking steps that we haven't seen in decades - steps that other Presidents have set aside as not being PC, not fitting in with what other politicians want.  In that regard, I believe there is hope for him and for the country.
      
      I may be wrong, you may be wrong, but I'm getting fed up with the liberal policies that are destroying our nation, and make no mistake; they are destroying us.  I don't like the changes I'm seeing around us; the growing partisanship both in congress and in the minds of the people.  The growing violence in the country.  The growing separation and unwillingness to get along between people of differing ideas.  And perhaps most of all the growing inclination to lie, spin, exaggerate and to say things we KNOW we cannot support.  We are losing the ability to determine what is true and falling back on our emotions to make decisions; a practice that is and will continue to bring ruin to us all.

         Explain his pardon of Joe Arapio's contempt of court then if he understands that the United States is a nation of laws.
         
         
         
         He may 'understand' laws but considers himself above the law. So yes .....
         
         
         The Department of Justice sued Trump and his father Fred in 1973 for housing discrimination at 39 sites around New York. “The government contended that Trump Management had refused to rent or negotiate rentals ‘because of race and color,’”
         
         The Emoluments Clause. The Constitution specifies that Presidents can not receive gifts (aka bribes) from foreign governments which is being done with his D.C. hotel.
         
         — Donald Trump has a long history of not honoring contracts with construction companies
         
         — Donald Trump has knowingly and intentionally defrauded Trump University students, fleecing them out of thousands of dollars. Donald Trump investment techniques were mostly Internet-grade crap, some of which was illegal in some of the states where the seminars took place, then attack the presiding judge as being bias due to Mexican heritage.
         
         — He illegally used corporate resources to pay an employee to write a political speech
         
         — He violated federal law by claiming proceeds from various Trump products would go to charity, although there is no evidence that Trump ever donated the money to charity
         
         — He violated IRS rules by using $12,000 from his charity organization to purchase a Tim Tebow helmet
         
         — He violated election laws by emailing foreign officials to solicit political contributions
         
         — He violated federal laws by offering Ben Carson a job in exchange for his endorsement
         
         — His employees violated a U.S. trade embargo by pursuing commercial activities in Cuba when it was illegal to do so
         
         — He’s run afoul of election laws by using campaign contributions to pay $6 million to his own businesses
         
         — He violated Wisconsin election laws by talking with voters as they stood in line to vote
         
         — He violated New York state education laws for operating a for-profit investment school without the required license

            I could do better if I understood how any president can and has pardoned criminals.  Can you do that?

            Not particularly interested in what his companies (as opposed to him personally) did 44 years ago.  It is not germane to his abilities as a President.

            Yes, his casino did the same thing that all casino's were doing at the time.  For which it was made an example of and fined, in an effort to end a common business practice.  Your point?  That such an act by a business mostly owned by Trump makes him spawn of Satan?

            Truthfully, you do seem to confuse a corporation being found guilty of something with finding the major stockholder, or even owner, guilty. 
            
            And if you read carefully, you will find that I DID comment that I find big business one of the worst facets of the man.  Here: I'll copy/paste it for you.  "Trump is a disgusting example of a part of America I don't like, but one I can accept and live with - that of big business."
