I've been writing now for 5 weeks and have taken the hub challenge semi-seriously. BUT I don't know what you would like to read.

I've written a smattering of hubs from Traffic tips using Twitter to Lyrical Poetry. But I'm curious as to your thoughts on my next set of hubs.

I have 5 Topics for my next hubs in each of my groups but I want to make sure I focus on what I'm doing best first.

Just simply looking for some constructive criticism from all of my friends here.

P.S. My current working situation allows me some privy social media information that I can share if that interests you for future hubs as well.

    Sincerely,
                 Brian Fanslau (Skipp)

Hi BrianF smile welcome to HubPages. As for content it's not for HP specifically that is your audience. Promoting your HP site and generating traffic will create your fans besides HP authors. As for writing. It's always best to write about that which interests you, since there will be others who share the same also. big_smile hope that helps.

Brian, I'm a relative noob myself and you already know oodles more about marketing & branding & all that than I do. For what it's worth, however, I think you're doing a great job w/ your hubs.
The last two I checked out were the one about FREE BEER on the brewery tour (too bad I'm not in Minnesota!) and the Facebook optimization one. I thought that they were very well organized, nicely written, and informative. They also have some fun & lightheartedness, too - which is a must for me. Unless you're writing tax code or something, I think some wit is a key ingredient to good content and you seem to get that.
I don't know that I'd advise you to stick to one style or subject. Just keep your stuff organized into categories for easy reference, or you could always conjure up an alter-ego... smile
As for the social media info, let it rip! I don't think I would be the only one out in cyberspace interested in some inside scoopage! smile
