Who is the cloud of witnesses mentioned in Hebrews 12:1?

Elijah and Enoch are in heaven. Who else is there? Or are these witnesses angels?

I have read in Genesis5:24 that Enoch walked with God and he was not because God took him. Now if God took him from the earth realm and he was not seen anymore, where did he go? As for Elijah, we know from the Bible that he went up in a fiery chariot[2 Kings 2:11-17]. Elisha saw him being taken and got a double portion of the Holy Spirit. Moses was resurrected[Deuteronomy 34:4-7,Jude 9  and Luke 9: 30 -33Am I right or not? Finally, chapter 11 of Hebrews known as the 'Hall of Faith ' chapter tells about people who demonstrated faith in God. When Jesus was resurrected according to Matthew 27:51- 53 and Ephesians 4:8 some saints came up too. They are considered His 'trophies'.What do you say to this information?

The theme of the book of Hebrews is:  Holding Fast our Profession.  In Hebrews 11, the author lists a great number of people who had faith in God and followed Him, realizing that the promises of God were true, and looking for a better day.  In Hebrews 12, he calls on his readers to continue in their faith, and calls on the witness of the people in chapter 11 as a reason for believers to continue, looking for the day when Jesus completes our faith by bringing us to Himself.

I do believe all of these "witnesses" are in heaven, awaiting the time when their spirits will be reunited with their bodies, made incorruptible, when their bodies are resurrected at the coming of Christ.

there are millions of saints who have died from the time of enoch till date. if you read Heb 11, you will find out about some. A lot of which were not accounted for in the Bible, because like the bible says, if books were written about them even the world will not be enough to contain them.
The cloud of witness is refers to all the saints in heaven, everyone.

Everyone living before us who believed in God and lived so as to please Him; and proclaimed His existence and was "sold out" to living as He commanded. All the prophets and believers of generations past.

The witnesses are all of the Old Testament people  described in the previous chapter who believed in the invisible God.  They all believed in the future day when God would send Jesus to make them perfect in a new Jerusalem.  Read Hebrews 11.  You can usually find such an answer by reading the chapters around the verse.
