Absolutely not.  You've 'caught' them three time out of how many times?  Once may have been a 'mistake', which they could have learned from.  Second time, they knew not to do it.  If you don't leave you have to accept that the other person is going to continue to cheat you - Unless you're planning to both have some kind of 'open' relationship,  you will end up feeling very embarrassed and undignified if you stay with your partner.

Most definately not because there would be no trust in the relationship and you would not be happy in the relationship. Without trust what would your relationship have? Imagine giving your cheating spouse a third chance, that would be like laying down and letting your spouse trample all over you. If somebody in a relationship cheats then they are not totally commited to you or the relationship and you should get out sooner rather than later, move on and get happiness from somebody who won't cheat on you or betray you in anyway.

Nope.  If they were lucky enough to get a second chance, they'd definitely be history if they cheated again.  That's a big if because I generally have a no tolerance rule.

I wouldn't even give them a second chance, if they truly loved me they wouldn't do it even once.

There wouldn't be a third chance. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice and I'm gone. Some say forgive and forget, and I'm all for forgiving. But if someone is going to cheat once, the chances are they will cheat again. And again. If it upsets you, then forgive, and walk away.
