What to do to to make my hub appear on Google search?
It is too surprising that after posting my first hub, when I tried to search it through google, I couldn't find it. I tried to find a combination of words including my name and the word 'hubpages' too, but by no way I could find it. Even when I am sure about the existence of hub, how can I expect that others would find it.
I don't think that the words I chose for the title are less searched. I read some where that only good quality hubs appear on search. If so, who decide the quality? I am clueless; please help me out so that I wont repeat the same mistake with my next hub.
Gosh... This question has got so many grammatical and language errors. I guess it's the indication to me to retire for the day.
Tell me, how can I withdraw a question, in case I find it erroneous?
It takes a while for google to index the page. What you need to think about is keywords and keyphrases. These are what we type in to find info on google. What would someone type in to find the info you're offering? Start trying to think like a search engine and your reader. Optimize your pages for search engine results. Here's a hub I wrote on it: http://hubpages.com/hub/increase-page-r … h-pagerank
You're sure to find other hubs written on the topic if you use the search box above.
Yes it takes a while for Google to index the hub page. The fastest I've observed my hub got indexed in Google was around 2 days.
Optimize your hub for a good title (main title and URL), unique, and relevant content.
One thing out of your question - I also noticed that hubs get indexed faster and ranked higher than Squidoo's lenses. I feel HubPages is the better choice for good exposure. ;-)

I thought if a hubpage was listed in Google search it was featured. But apparently that is not the truth. I guess I will keep the hubs up and run my own check on them.

How did my hub appear on the first page on Google search one day after publishing?I've published only 4 hubs so far and to my surprise, one hub appears on the first page of Google search the next day. I'm really curious. How did it happen? The other hubs don't appear though. ...

I am looking for some advice. I am trying to improve the quality of my hubs old and new. As part of this, I have been going through them, taking a snippet from the beginning of the hub, pasting it in "..." to Google search. This gives me one way of telling if my hub has been copied....

I posted a Hub about 5 days ago and it has yet to appear on the Google search pages. I even use "" for the title of my Hub.Google analytics shows I've received visitors from Bing and Yahoo already.Anyone know when Google puts Hubs on their searches? Thanks!
