Some people have many symptoms, some none. Most common are tiredness, frequency of urination and sore/swollen breasts.
A certain percentage have morning sickness for 3 months.  Others have morning, noon, night sickness for the whole time.
    Get extra rest.
Be sure to drink enough liquid and eat healthy foods
    Stay active.
Hard candy helps some people with nausea.
I would avoid traveling in the mountains, because I got especially car sick when I was pregnant.
It is probably good to avoid strong smells, cleaning supplies, hair dye, etc.  Although there may be no evidence that some of these are dangerous, your sense of smell will be hightened, and this can make you feel ill.
I had terrible, miserable pregnancies, and what kept me going was the knowledge that it would be over and I would have a sweet little baby.  However, I have many friends who say they never felt better (I hate them-LOL)

It is not requirement that you will feel all of these symptoms in the first two weeks of pregnancy. Deep ovarian haltering is also one of the signs of pregnancy after 1 week. Ovarian muscle spasms are often accompanied by clear vaginal run. This designates the most fertile prison term and has the highest provability of conceiving. Fertile cervical mucous is normally stretchy.
