I was wondering if one of you Smart ones, and I know theres lots of you here, anyhow could you take a look at one of my hubs and point me in the right direction of how to make it better? I dont understand what everyone means by SEO.

Kmackey, I had a quick look at your Hubs.  Here are a few suggestions:

      1.  Move your first photo down to your second text box, so there's space for an adsense ad next to your first paragraph.

      2.  Write your Hubs in a word processing program and use a spell checker to check your grammar, spelling and punctuation.  For instance, if I didn't know you, I wouldn't take your advice on dry hair seriously because there are so many spelling mistakes, it's obvious you're an amateur.  You want to make it look professional so people think they're getting advice from an expert hairdresser!

      3.  Do some reading on SEO.  If you want to make money on the internet, you can't sit back and wait for it - you have to study, just like you would for a real profession.  Do some Googling on SEO.  Read Lissie's Hubs and her blog about her journey, it's all very relevant.

I only found a few misspelled. Do you see anymore? I have a spellchecker as I write the hub. If I spell it wrong it underlines it in red. Sometimes I just write and go back and fix it later. Do you see anymore?

I just went back and looked - did you fix a couple already?  This time I noticed:

          Course instead of coarse
          there instead of their (twice)
          shinny instead of shiny
Gardnier (brand name) instead of Garnier
          of instead of off

These are all things a spellchecker wouldn't pick up, because the mistaken word is also a valid word. So you need to check yourself as well as relying on the spell checker.

You also have a repeated word "who who" (People who...) and a capital V for vegetables where it doesn't need to be a capital. And a couple of places where you have a misplaced apostrophe, but these days a lot of people have trouble with that.

I had a quick look at your back to school Hub, and you need to check that one too.  I suggest you do some Googling to improve your grammar (understanding apostrophes, plurals, and the difference between "there" and "their").  In particular, it's "families" not "familys".

Aniketgore, your Hubs are too short.  I'm guessing English isn't your first language as some of them are not very well written, either.

Hubs are like articles in a magazine.  You need to make them longer and more informative.  You need to be sure you're using good English so people can understand them.  Make sure your text is split up over several capsules to allow space for ads.
