I would say the sensible answer would to say yes because it makes sense to me. That way it helps people whom are too lazy to give it any thought, a chance to pick it up, as it were. Job done.

I don't think young people should be provided with contraceptives because it just encourage them to have sex before marriage. If we want our society to be better we need to teach young kids to be responsible. Tampons and pads are necessities and i don't think it should be compared to contraceptives.

I don't think by offering them it encourages them. Teens are going to "do it" anyway, I'd rather have my daughter protected. Of course, you as the parent should have the sex talk at a fairly early age unfortunately. Mine was at 6!! with my daughter- not everything, but some as an 8 year old exposed himself to her. And another french kissed her (tried to) in kindergarden. It's a sad fact that our youth is having sex younger and younger- but if they can protect themselves-all the better. And who knows? Going to get the contraceptive just may help them change their mind.

Teen pregnancy is a very serious problem.  Not only for teens but for the children they are unable to care for.  We should provide contraceptives for teens.  No doubt about it.

if you dont provide contraceptives to teens, then once they get pregnant, pads and tampons wont be neccisary now would they? contraceptives help teens and believe me they do not encourage teens cause teens would rather go with the common "pull and pray" instead of being wrapped up. if you dont provide your kid with contraceptives than just wait til your providing your kid with diapers, formula, and the money for hospital bills. Youll be wishing you gave them the proper tools for sex.
