How would you react if your man started wearing your makeup?

My boyfriend has obviously spent too much time watching me apply mine. I noticed he started to use my concealer.  He ordered his own. He is applying under his eyes, just on occassions, when we're going out somewhere. He is otherwise a manly man. I don't think it's necessary and am embarrased that people may notice. What do you think?

    HI stricklydating,

I wouldn't worry about it if he's using concealer and buying his own now. If he's doing it so that it's really obvious, maybe you could teach him how to do it better. Guys want to look good, too, and concealer is pretty minimal makeup.

My first husband started using one of my favorite spray perfumes on his feet! Now, that's a problem. Who wants to use a scent that someone else is using as foot deodorant? I'm pretty sure he was doing it on purpose as a sign of disrespect, especially since he laughed at me when I complained, and made a point of doing it in front of me. Your guy just wants to look good, especially when you're going out together. I'd take that as a compliment

I went out with a man who used to wear my eyeliners and mascara.  It didn't bothered me because he really looked so good with them!
The fact that he wanted to look his best (he always did as he had an amazing sense of fashion) was flattering for me because it made me see that he made an effort to look good next to me.

Anyway, he is a very handsome and manly man.  I don't see why wearing any type of make up may rise question about being manly.  After all men also wear perfumes and other toiletries that were previously only meant for women.

If you love the guy, who cares. If people make fun of him, who cares.

If he cares, he'll stop. If you care, then leave him. If neither of you care, then who cares?

The dude's wearing makeup -- newsflash: every man on tv wears makeup.

I disagree with the other posters. You must have some worry about it, why else come here and ask the public? I must say it is VERY strange for a STRAIGHT man to apply his own make-up, or just wear it.  In this day and time with all the DOWN LOW men, it would as Beyonce say "RING THE ALARM". TV make-up is different, I wouldnt compare the two. Why does he feel the need to wear it sometimes? How did he come about ordering his own? Most straight men know nothing about make-up. My advice is to take a step back, and take a closer look into why he wears it
