Are we accountable to God for a mistake or a wrong we make which is made  in innocence?

I think we should be accountable to ourselves for any kind of mistakes, intentional or not, we may commit! I believe my conscience is God so I'm automatically accountable to God for any kind of mistakes committed by me!

My view is that life is for learning, growth, improvement. Accountability is linked to consequences, and mistakes innocently (i.e., unknowingly, unthinkingly) made may cause variable ripples. Whatever ensues from our wrong choices, we always have the chance to make it right with God, with ourselves, and by extension with the world, in the sincerity of our prayers of confession and thanksgiving. In this way God creates a pure heart in us and renews a steadfast spirit within us (Psalm 51:10).

Yes. We will answer for all mistakes or wrong we make which is made in innocence innocently and answer for those made deliberately with full knowledge of it at the time of retribution or recompense or any other names you might choose to call it.

Yes we are accountable. Sin is stil sin. If you break the law and get caught by the police and try to claim you didn't know you were doing something wrong, you will be arrested any way for ignorance of the law, is no excuse.

Yes we are always accountable for our actions. Only God knows our true motives behind our actions. He sees our hearts. Whether we did it in innocence or not, we are still accountable.

I wonder if we confuse innocence with ignorance. Innocence is the absence of guilt. Ignorance is the absence of knowledge of guilt.

No! We all sins are forgiven in Christ. I know this is a debatable answer, but Christ came to forgive us of SIN. he never said that there he was going to rate thme on a scale of 1-10. that is why it is a gift. that is why it is out of grace. that is why NONE can boast.

    Ephesians 2:4-9
But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5 made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. 6 And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, 7 in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

That is why we can rejoice. That is why we are grateful!

It seems reading hubs there are so many gods. My God is one of love and forgiveness, and I'm sure he knows all my weaknesses before I even make a mistake. No lovingparent would blame their child for making a honest mistake.

The Bible says that offerings were to be made for sins that were done in ignorance (see scripture below). Therefore when we are covered by the all-atoning blood of the Lamb (Jesus), He covers us from the sins that we commit in 'innocence', or rather ignorance. But of course you have to believe in what He has done through His sacrifice and blood in order for this to apply to you.
Numbers 15.24-29. Then it shall be, if ought be committed by ignorance without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour unto the LORD, with his meat offering, and his drink offering, according to the manner, and one kid of the goats for a sin offering. And the priest shall make an atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them; for it is ignorance: and they shall bring their offering, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD, and their sin offering before the LORD, for their ignorance: And it shall be forgiven all the congregation of the children of Israel, and the stranger that sojourneth among them; seeing all the people were in ignorance. And if any soul sin through ignorance, then he shall bring a she goat of the first year for a sin offering. And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul that sinneth ignorantly, when he sinneth by ignorance before the LORD, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him. Ye shall have one law for him that sinneth through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.
