I believe You are asking how to feel more energetic or something among those lines. Basically it all depends on your daily routine, for some getting more rest may help while others should get more activities. If You'd be so kind and provide me with some details I guess I could give you more specific tips. As for general ones well You can find interest in what ever You are doing ( for me curiosity works the best) or simply try to motivate yourself ( which basically is the same). If You are interested in short bursts of energy you can try playing with caffeine it can be a lot of fun if You are not accustomed to it by now.

It depends on you as a person. You will either be a morning person, or a night person, and whatever the answer is to that will depend on when you're technically supposed to be more energetic.
General things include getting some rest, doing exercise and eating chocolate ha!

Take 1000mg of vitamin C each day and plenty of water to keep your body hydrated.

Vitamin B pills.  There are vitamin B tiny tablets that you can pop under your tongue and dissolves.   There is even vitamin B sprays that you spray onto your tongue.

I think there are more vitamin B in the pill form than in the energy drinks.   And it is preferable to coffee.  But you can try coffee too.

If it is a chronic fatigue problem, look into getting 8 hours of sleep every day, check for sleep apnea, and take Co-Q10 and a multi-vitamin on a daily basis.

Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night! Your body and mind will thank you. Also, try to eat more fresh fruit and veggies and less packaged foods and carbs which can give you short bursts of energy followed by sluggishness.

On the humorus thought side I have always wondered the same thing. E=MC squared. to increase E, since C is constant (the speed of light squared) the Mass would have to increase. So, losing weight for instance means nothing if the body volume doesn't change for gains in energy. Also, if I drink an energy drink does the volume of a small bottle (no name mentioned 1.93fl oz) versus a 16 fl oz can have more  mass or molecules atoms etc compacted give me more energy. How does that work? Just thinking
