Is vegetables is a better source of nutrients than other supplements ?
Natural source of nutrients.
Yep. That's why they're call supplements. A healthy diet, exercise and sleep are you're top three in the healthy living equation. Supplements and multivitamins are to fill in the gaps.
I agree with mike_bouma. Of course, real food is always a better source of nutrients than highly-processed food. That's why fruits and veggies (raw or lightly prepared, e.g. steamed) are so much more healthy than some pills that claim to replace essential nutrients like vitamins and minerals.
Supplements are just that, meant to supplement and not to make up for a poor diet.
Absolutely. Your body knows how to break down actual food to get the best nutrients out of it, given you are healthy. You have to be careful with supplements because your body may not even absorb them. In this case, you are just wasting your money as they are being excreted right out.

If you were hungry and had no food, would you go to a food bank?Hate to say it, but it is personal question. Would you do it because you need food, or would you based on some other reason, wait until you get your unemployment check which is in 5 days?
