Changing into some relaxing clothing. Stroking our dogs. Talking with my spouse and kids, and having a meal together.
A nice cup of tea along with a nice foot massage from hubby while sitting on facebook playing sim's lol . x
OK, my work day ends around midnight by the time I get home. So, I walk to the mailbox nice and slow while quiet not to wake neighbors. I walk back the long way. I look for racoons and possums, listen for cat fights, and do my neighborhood watch thing spying for druggies, even though I once was. We had a methlab in the mobile home park once. And, the majority are retired and family. WOW, did I get off track. But, that tends to drain my brain of work stress by the time I get back home.
Sitting back with a nice glass of wine and catching up on a favorite tv program.
Well i usually have long hard days where i am so tired by the time I come home. But what I used to do is have a good bath and a cup of tea and while relaxing a bit I listened to sound tracks which are created to relax the brain. Since mind is powerful organ when i relax my mind my body relaxes eventually example is Brain Sync. But there is a wide range of relaxing techniques which can be suit for different people.
A warm bath with nice smelling salts. A glass of red wine and a good TV show. Playing with my animals.
