    Amazon has a pretty good selection of high quality Virginia peanuts, and at reasonable prices.  You can't go too wrong with brands like Royal Oak, The Peanut Shop of Williamsburg, Virginia Diner, Feridies, etc.

    I am from Virginia, and the absolute best peanuts are from the VIRGINIA DINER. And, I suggest that you know what you want. If you are looking for something similar to those $1 bags that you can buy in a gass tation along the interstates, stay away from this place. They sell the finest nuts and the way you want them.  I haven't lived in VA for over 20 years, but I still order mine from VADINER.com.  Great stuff.  Get your peanuts from real Peanut farmers. It's a Made In USA thing, too!
