Depends on what's inside:-
If it's some fruit juice or something I'd say it's half empty whereas if you give me some medicine surely it'll be the other way round
It depends on your argument. If you paid for something, then the drink is half full. If your mother asked how much is left then it is half empty. Half full in that example is a negative and half empty becomes a positive.
Technically, a cup is always empty until there is fluid in it. However, a cup can only be full when the fluid reaches the top. It doesn't make sense for you to talk about the cup being full, if it never was full. So I always say it is half empty because it started off empty and will continue that way again.
Half empty makes more sense, because when one fills a glass/cup it's always filled to a manageable amount. Then one would proceed to drink it and thus becomes half empty at some point during the process. When one orders sweet tea at Applebee's, they will always bring you a full glass.... Wow this is like that philosophy class, when the teacher did a roll call, no student answered because they were pondering whether they actually existed or not.
drink is half full. what's the point of looking at the down side of life, when one can just look at the bright side?
The cup is two times too big. Or in other words, halfen the glass.
half full...is for more optimistic people. So I would have to say half full.
Your question says Drink, my mind says glass. If glass can fit as a replacement word in your question I have an answer.
It is both, have empty and half full!
Depending on how you are feeling, it will be yup to you.
