   How do you know if you dog is sick?
   
   I have a Pitt, he's still a puppy. He won't eat or drink anything. When he made BM there was blood. How would I know what kind of sick is he...what should I do?? He also throws up.

   It goes without saying that the best thing to do would be to take him to the vet.  I'm not a vet myself but I've been through this sort of thing before with my dog.  Blood in his stool and vomiting could mean a variety of things.  He might have eaten some (non-food) thing that has caused internal damage or maybe just minor damage on the way out.  He may have an infection of some kind as well.  Or he may have just eaten something that disagreed with him.  It's true that this may go away on its own in a few days but with a puppy I'd be afraid to wait too long.  The fact that he isn't eating or drinking anything is a good indication that he isn't feeling well.  I'd call the vet and explain the symptoms to them.  They'll likely tell you to come in right away.

   Only a vet would know for sure. Those are signs of worm infestation though. Are his eyelids and gums pale colored? Its really common for pups to get worms, especially where there are other dogs living.

   Yes, your puppy is sick. By the picture, he seems a little light in weight, that is an indication of slight malnutrition, maybe caused by worms. Worms are common and easily treated, afterward the pup usually puts on a little weight,that evenly distributed over the body. The coat is somewhat dulled from lacking nutrition too. Definitely, take your dog to the vet. If you were bleeding from a BM and vomiting, you would go to a doctor, yeah?
   Try a better food for helping  proper weight maintenance and skin health. Better foods like Nutro, Blue Buffalo, etc are great foods. They cost a little more, but you use less because the companies don't put corn, barley, wheat, and junk fillers to take up space. The more corn and junk the more they eat, and the more bathrooms breaks they need.
   Better foods will have the meat listed first followed by potato or a rice or brown rice for the fiber. Potato is way better. The better foods are digested more fully and more nutrients are given to the dog. The better foods fill up the pup quicker and easier. Kind of like when we eat a heavy meal, we are full longer.
   Your puppy, you, and your wallet will benefit.

   Well, as everyone else had said, I would take him to the vet.  It sounds like something is wrong, and the quicker you find out, the better.
