    What is the best way to store coriander and curry leaves in the fridge?

    For the coriander, I wash them and get rid of all the dirt and dead leaves. Let them sit in the kitchen to dry for a few hours, wrap in newspaper or kitchen towel and put it in a plastic bag or any container that you can tightly seal. Keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Check from time to time for any dead leaves and get rid of them will make them last a few days longer.

    Put them in a glass of water, as you would a flower bouquet, and refrigerator until ready to use.

    I agree with Phoom.I bought an interesting plant last month called Parcell.It grows fast and survived a hard freeze.Its supposed to be a cross between parcely and cellery.Its hardy and tastes ok.Anyone ever tried it?
