What do YOU expect your readers to find the most interesting about your writing or poetry?

In a general sense, how do you feel your writing is received and why?

I would hope that readers would find the most interesting thing about my writing is that it can both be perceived........and felt

I'd like to believe that the characters in my stories are believable and that the reader can associate or empathize with them.  Such connection builds trust between the reader of the story and the writer that is writing it.  Imagery is certainly another aspect I strive to convey.

I like touches of humor.  Somehow or another it always strikes a chord.  I despise violence, raunchy sex, and ugly language.

With my hubs I expect and hope that I relay the following...
'Healthy Hubs' informed and fact based benefits of various foods
'Education' a passion for teaching and learning
    'Autism' empathy, awareness and understanding
'Creative Writing' imagery and journeys for the mind and heart

How is my writing received? I've been blessed to find followers from my respective topics that empathize and share in my various interests. I think and hope I am received as credible and aware of my topic areas and that I am perceived with my list above. In the end - it is always a learning process for all of us as mutual readers and writers.

Great answers and perspectives from the others on this thread.

That as I share a little of me and my experiences someone is touched by the words and the intention; that someone is helped to get to the next level; that someone decided that they can do just one more thing, or one more day; that a relationship(s) is made stronger by something I've written; that a ray of understanding emerge in the mind of the reader; that someone has an aha moment.  I really would want people to leave what I write feeling better.

I am hoping that my readers find my hubs useful. Sometimes I just add a little bit to their knowledge base. Maybe someday when they get a trivia question, they will have an answer they wouldn't have known if they didn't read my hub.

Other times, I can provide information that they can take away and use in their daily lives.

I hope that they find the facts and topics interesting. If not, they might be interested in pondering why they are interesting to me!

I will always want my readers to recognize one simple thing:

I do not care what the accepted opinions are about anything.  If the entire population of the Earth told me I was wrong about something or another - I don't care.

Right is right if nobody is doing it, wrong is wrong if everyone is doing it.

You can never trust the government, and you absolutely can not trust any media corporation.
