   Prevention is always better than cure and in today's medical model and the huge expense that comes with being treated for your ailments, it pays to take good care of yourself.

   first i prefer precaution.But if it is out of control,then go for cure.

   It is tempting to say 'precaution' of course.
   
   But how could I know what kind of disease I could catch? I can't protect myself from everything. This is imposible.
   
   So I live my life and when it comes to disease, then I take measures to cure myself. Which doesn't happen often.

   Precaution or Prevention is my choice. I believe it is healthier and more cost efficient to be proactive vs. reactive.

   Precaution is much better. I do not want to fall sick when there are hundred and one ways to take care. Being sick is missing out on all the fun and excitement.
