Has anyone of you mentioned in FB, Twitter or any other social network that you write for HubPages?

I did not see the need. It is good that no close friends know. I can write more freely

Yes, I sometimes post my articles that I think people I know would appreciate. I'm not ashamed of my writing and I'm very proud to be apart of the Hubpages community! smile

I regularly (daily) post links to my hubs on Twitter and my Facebook pages.  Twitter is my largest source of traffic and hence the most page views leading to $$$.

Yes.  When I publish a new hub I put links up on Facebook, Twitter, and sometimes even Myspace.  I also have links to my Hubpages profile on my profile for those sites and on my Youtube and Blogger profiles as well.  These are tools to increase traffic, so I use them.

I have absolutely done this quite a few times. While it really doesn't do much for my 'organic' traffic, it does give me a chance to share what I have written with my friends.

    I also share on Pinterest.

I actually tried it for a couple of hubs, but it looks like people are on Facebook for entirely different things. At least it didn't work for me.

But still Twitter and Stumble Upon can add traffic to your hub if its really interesting.

Yes I do post on all of these sites. I beleive if you can't be proud of what you write than why bother.
