   Yes, I like avocado a lot for many reasons. FIrst, I like its buttery taste. then I have learn it is very healthy to eat. As well it brings me memories of my childhood where I had so many avacado trees in my parent's home where I used to play with my younger sister and My mother makes different types of dishes using avocado.

   I love avocado and eat it regularly, I think almost every day! Why? It has a very nice and creamy texture that compliments food in a great way, besides being delicious and healthy. It is hard to explain but it doesn’t really have any equivalent. I like avocado as a sort of “condiment” in my sandwiches and ceviches, in sushi and in tostadas (toasted tortillas with toppings) and tacos. I am a guacamole fan and I also love avocado soup.

      I feel the same way and enjoy avocado's so much, almost always, including in my recipes at least once a week I love nacho's or even just a healthy avocado dip. Thank you for your comment Claudia .

   I love avocados because they're so creamy and buttery. They're delicious just sprinkled with a little salt. I also enjoy guacamole with avocados and chopped onion, tomato, cilantro and lemon juice. yum! Here in Peru, avocado sandwiches are a popular breakfast.

   I love avocados and you can eat them with so much. My favorite thing to make with them though is guacamole! They're full of healthy fats and healthy omega 3 so I don't feel guilty about eating them.

   It's one of the healthiest foods that exist, and it's one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids. It's absolutely bursting with nutrients–vitamins A, B-complex (including folic acid) C, E, H, K, plus minerals like calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, potassium. They’re full of enzymes and provide all essential amino acids. What's not to like? Well, for some reason, I can't eat them plain, but when I add a drizzle of pure lemon juice, then I find it delicious.
