Now that McDonalds unveil calorie content of their food products, are you going to eat there now?
There is nothing like looking at the calorie counter of food products at McDonalds fastfood and then choosing the combination which appeal to you.
Are you more inclined to eat at McDonalds now because of this change, why or why not?
I will eat there on occasion. I have known the calorie count in their food for a long time. It has been available on their website...so no surprises. I think once in a while it is okay.
No, I think their food looks, smells and tastes horrible, so adding the calorie counts won't make it taste better. I still refuse to eat it!
Believed or not, I have never liked McDonalds. I didn´t have to be told the amount of calories in their food (no matter how big or small) to know it is very unhealthy, not just because of the calories, but of the massive amount of refined food and nutrient-less simple carbohydrates that shock your system, triggering massive insulin spikes and the consequential fat storage. Plus, it doesn´t even taste good.
Eh, nothing new to me really. This inforamtion has been available online for years. I like that it lets you make an educated decision about what to eat - better to make a good nutrition choice at McDonalds than a bad nutrition choice at a usually healthy restaurant. I think what you're eating is more important than where you're eating it.
No way, no chance, not unless *maybe* I was starving to death and it was literally the only place to eat and even then I'd only eat the fruit or vegetables.
McDonald is not food, well not unless you want to call it "Frankenfood" GMO ingredients, factory farmed animals. People need to make more thoughtful choices about what they put into their bodies.
I personally don't like McDonalds that much. I prefer Burger King or Harvey's. I know that burgers, and fries, which are high in saturated fats, and sugary drinks are not healthy, but having fast food once in a while is not so bad.
I don't really care about the calorie content of foods. For me, I tend to look at the fat, saturated fat, sodium and sugar. Calorie is just the unit for energy. The other stats mean more to my health.
