Are Earnings dropping significantly for everyone?

About one week ago my earnings dropped and then went back up again. Today they are lower than ever. Is anyone else in the same boat?

Yes, so are my views. About a 50% drop. I think this is due to the holidays and not many people have been on their computers, rather they are spending time with their families. Hopefully, after the holidays it will bounce back.

I think it is the Holidays too. I know I have not been Hubbing as much because of shopping, wrapping, baking, and visiting ;-)

My reader volume has been constant on a couple of my hubs. However, my earnings are up on last month so far.

My views are down to about 1/4th or less of my normal traffic. Not by 1/4th, but actually 1/4th of my previous traffic.

My answer to this is no. December is going to be my best ever month. For me it all depends on what surfers are searching for and the relevance and positioning of your keywords. Oh yeah and your rank and position in Google for your article.

Yes, and traffic too. Probably from an algorithmic update from Google.

I don't participate in earnings here since Google banned me for "invalid click activity."  So, I can't answer that question directly.  But, I have noticed my daily notifications, where you get a listing of postings from people that follow you or you follow them, has dropped dramatically.  Sometimes, I get only two people who have posted anything.  Some days, I get no notification at all of latest postings.  HP  has no one to blame for lack of postings but themselves.  Their new rules are so strict, many people have given up.

My views are fluctuating wildly from day to day.  My earnings started out strong at the beginning of the month and dropped to less than half over the past ten days or so.   This is my first Christmas while on HubPages, so I don't know if this is or is not simply a holiday pattern.

Both earnings and views have dropped for me in the past month or so, starting in about late November. I'm just hoping that things will pick up soon after New Year's.
