What are your fitness goals for 2012 and how do you plan on achieving them?
Well I'd like to be able to bench press 225 lbs 10-12 times. And increase strength in other areas -- legs, back, etc.
And eventually go on a cut to lose fat to show more muscle definition. Unfortunately, I got sick and may have lost some strength or even if I did not, I did not gain any recently.
2012 is nearly over. Do you mean 2013? Or are you asking whether I achieved any fitness goals I had for 2012?
My apologies, your goals for 2013 is what I meant.
I plan to go Primal-Zone for nutrition, and keep doing CrossFit. For lifts, I'd like to get in the Advanced/Elite category for my gender, weight and age.
I plan to continue teaching Jazzercise six days a week and I'm also will be adding in and teaching yoga to increase my flexibility.
I've never been one to exercise on my own so becoming an instructor 16 years ago was the best way to me stay on track to achieve and maintain the best fitness and health possible:)
My goal is to increase my lean body mass by 20 lbs and in so doing gain an inch to my arms. To do this, I will cycle back and forth between 5 months of 10 x 10 and 5 x 5 and 3 months of Body Beast, while eating a daily surplus of 500 calories with all of my macros fixed.
