How can I share my hubs on yahoo?

I used to share my financial Hubs on the Yahoo Finance message boards, but the new CEO at Yahoo seems to have changed their policy, and they now rarely allow links in message board posts.  Kind of a bummer, because posting Hubs on those message boards was a good way to target a specific audience, such as posting a link to my Hub about Apple Inc. on the AAPL Yahoo Finance message board.  There was always a nice spike in views using that strategy.

I am interested in reading what others have to say...

If you write for Yahoo Contributor Network, you can link to related articles.  They do prefer that you link to "reputable sites" blah blah...but you know, they don't have time to check out every single link, so I've managed to link to my own sites on there.

You can also try commenting on Yahoo News articles and leaving a link to a relevant hub.  They won't allow an actual do-follow link, but you can just copy/paste the link and delete the http:// part.

If the comment is helpful and the hub title is right on topic, it should go through.  You won't get any link juice to your hubs, but you can get some traffic and potential followers.

Out of curiosity, I browsed Yahoo's current articles and found a story that is related to an article on my blog.  So I "linked" to it.  I'll come back and comment later on and let you know if I get any hits to my site from it.

One single "link" isn't much, though, so I'm not expecting much.

Good luck with your own promotional efforts, ChitrangadaSharan.  Aloha

I suggest that you go into Yahoo, enter your screen (writer's name) name in quotes followed by "HubPages" also in quotes.  You will see the your exposure via Yahoo right there on the screen. Yahoo also has a writer's site that you can investigate on their home page. ~WB
