    Because there are so many technicalities.

    For the most part, politicians really are good people who want to contribute to society.  But if you don't say the right thing in the right way, you may end up angering someone more powerful than you who will ruin your career, soiling your opportunity to contribute.

    Many politicians will decide to lie about something or get their hands dirty with another, if only to keep their career intact long enough to benefit ONE thing that they care about.

    The politics of America is the very  same politics of  England. It was base on lies, bribes and deceit it is and was the only model they had. Even, if they wanted to be truthful there are those in office and have been there for along time who love lobbyist whose pockets are saturated with cash and gifts. Why are you surprised?

    Their all corrupt. Their is not one clean politican you can't be. It's all about power and money and they will do anything to keep one's title.
