What does your interesting Hubber name mean?

Some are self explanatory, with hubbers using their real name. Some are different though, l am wondering what prompted some of them. For instance, mine is Xanzacow. It is the first 3 letters of my 2 youngest sons' names and then the first 2 letters of our last name: Xander, Zachary, Owens. How did you pick your Hubber name?

We own a camp on a lake in Maine.  It was built in the 1950's and we are only the third owners of the camp.  Mr. and Mrs. Banks built the camp (and 'developed' the area for other camps).  Until recently, there were no addresses for the camps (that changed with the 911 emergency phone system).  People usually put little signs with their names on them at the highway end of the dirt camp road and also in front of their camps.  We found the original "Banks" sign on an old telephone pole now well hidden by trees.  We thought it would be a tribute to the original owners to continue to call the camp "Bank's Cottage".  Since we had a mortgage and the bank technically owned the camp, we felt the name was even more appropriate.
While we don't get there often enough, it is our favorite place in the world.  The picture I use is of a hammock next to the lake facing toward where the sun would set in the distance.

My hub name is a mixture of my name & my partner's.  It also applies to the fact that I enjoy different types of art, such as painting, drawing, photography & of course writing!

My hubbername is the name i write, paint, and play online with.   to me windy is a definition not a name ... the wind is unpredictable- it can caress you gently and lovingly but is strong enough to destroy as well.

green is my favorite color. lol

I use my real name. I used it for 16 years as a news reporter and 23 years in the public relations business. I saw no need to adopt a different or create a persona that was not really me. I understand, because of a variety of reasons, some peple cannot use their real names and do not want to be identified. I accept their wishes. Sometimes, when dealing with people who provide little background in their profiles, I would like to know more about them so I could perhaps better understand their arguments.
