If u were to choose a fitness program, weight training/running to tone up by summer which wd u use?
Skipping rope is the best. No heavy task ahead & you raise your fitness level.
I find that trampolining is quite good, and zumba (as long as you put all of your effort into it!). Make sure you mix strength training in with it, so that you tone the muscles as well. I've just started 30 day shred (Jillian Michaels) and its a killer, but its working so far, I've noticed a difference after 4 days.
I notice the mix of cardio and weight resistance does work well.
I would surely go for sprinting. I would eventually increase the range week after week so as to make improvement on my stamina as well as to lose more fats on my abdominal region.

Best workout when you don't have a gym nearby? As a family, we've started exercising more. It's hard to know what to do. We have a treadmill, some hand weights and some fit Wii games with balance board. We have no where to put a big weight bench or budget to buy one. Ideas?
