What was your favorite imaginary game as a kid?

Everybody had that game they liked to play where imagination was the key ingredient:  The Floor is Lava, Ghost in the Graveyard, Cops and Robbers.  Which one brings back the fondest memories for you?

Two games come to mind. My favorite was that I owned a horse ranch and was riding my horse all over the place (my bike). I grew up in the days of Spin and Marty, Fury and Bonanza - so that fueled my ranch desire. Also I just loved playing house in the backyard with a friend and serving up complex meals of mud and dandelions.

Sounds delicious.  I hope you don't mind I might've asked for a side of worms for zest.

i love Prince of Persia, a PC game that is full of adventures. Used to play this game when I was still studying and had to depend on cheat book to get across the stages.

Like so many others, your imagination took off in video games.  I've heard great things about PoP but never got into it myself.

Carrying the tent over my head and running around the house looking at others. But The Floor is Lava was the game most played out of the ones you listed. Only on the couch too.

Was that your version of a mobile home?  That's terrific.  I'll bet people got a kick out of it.

No. It was a rocket ship or train.

My favourite imaginary games were the following: Spyro the Dragon, where I'd be up against Crush (the first boss of Gateway to Glimmer who - when he jumped - would send a ring of energy around so you had to hop over it before flaming him), and Doctor Who. The latter was more of a stealth game where I'd pretend to be the fourth incarnation (not including Peter Cushing) of the Doctor, Tom Baker, hiding and running away from Daleks, Sea Devils, Cybermen, Zygons and the Sontarans. I guess that's why I'm such a huge fan of the Dark Brotherhood in games like Oblivion, an Assassination Rogue in WoW and absolutely despise the butchery of stealth and the codex of the same name, Assassin's Creed.
