   Will God allow anyone into His Kingdom if they try to follow the 10 Commandments in their life time?
   
   I believe the issue of Grace vs Law is an issue that needs to be resolved. But there are many who mix Grace and Law together. What is the Bible answer to this question and why is it so difficult to resolve?

   Yes, those who love him obey him. Jesus even said honor his fathers commandments. Understand it is possible to not break these commandments but then again impossible since all have sinned and fallen short of the glory and no one is righteous, not even one. You want to enter the kingdom of heaven do good, love, believe.
   
   But since this is a national Q&A the answers will differ from person to person and faith to faith. The answer you look for is in the Bible and Jesus said it clearly so after you see it for yourself you will know, and no ones opinion can deter you.

      NotPC- Your answer is a good start but I believe it goes a bit deeper than that. One also need grace through faith. The book of Romans explains it very well if one takes the time and effert to study it (in it's context). God bless.

   You must believe in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. If you believe Jesus is the son of God and that he died for our sins then you will be fine.

   The commandments are good. If one can follow these these ten commandments, that is, if one can keep them, then good for him or her. These ten commandments are laws to live by.
   As far as who God will allow into the Kingdom of God, only God knows. Humans tend to believe that they know everything and have all the answers.
   Of course, this is not true, no man or woman has all the answers.
   So, it appears to me that God will allow whomever Gods wants to allow, into God's Kingdom.

      Dr. Haddox- No man who has ever lived is without sin except Jesus Christ and possibly King Melchizedek. Therefore it is ONLY through God's grace that ANY person will enter into the Kingdom of God. Jesus Christ paved the way to God's Grace.

      Sorry graceinus - but since I am sure you have not met every man that has lived on the earth, you are unable to support your statement "No man who has ever lived is without sin....." Therefore, your statement is simply an assumption.

      tab-- then you are saying ,since Jesus someone else has done this?  hogwash, Jesus did it because no man could.  And when He did it it completed the law and it is of  no current use except as an example.

   The way to His kingdom is through belief in Christ and the fact that He died for our sins.  He paid the price and by His blood we are set free.  To be a Christ follower is then to be as Christlike and to by example of a Christlike life, do our best to follow His commandments.  We will sadly slip and yet His love and forgiveness is unconditional.   His Love Is Amazing.  Have a Blessed Day

   Brother I would suggest going through the book of Romans prayerfully and there you will find a lot of answers to this question and more. Good theology all through that book and yet one of the most skipped over books of the Bible for personal reading.

      danieliem- I am fully aware of the Book of Romans. It explain God's grace far better than any other book in the bible. The problem is far to many people take many of it verses about grace out of context. Then claim we must follow the 10 Commandments.

      If we have a relationship with God then by our faith he will transform us into the children he desires us to be. We will love him with all our body, mind and soul and we will love others as we love ourselves. This IS the law.

   No. No amount of good works will get you to Heaven. Only the blood of our savior Jesus Christ. We must accept him within our hearts and confess it with out mouth that he is our savior and died on the cross for all's sin. Then we bare fruit that is pleasing to him. Although good works are not required to go to Heaven, once you accept him you will want to do his will. God bless you my friend!!

   The simple answer is YES. God is a forgiving spirit and will allow anyone into His Kingdom if they try to follow his 10 Commandments.
   2 Timothy 2 (CEB)

      I don't understand your gibberish.
      He that lives righteously demonstrates that he is righteous and resembles the One with whom he fellowships with. Self-righteousness is not of Christ, but a pious front to deceive others into thinking that it is.

       I have this "thing" w/the time 3:33. I paused a NetFlix movie & 33:33 was left w/19:16 to go, then I thought look up verse 19:16 & see how it applies to your question & viola. True story! Now is that weird or what?

    Grace is not about trying to attain salvation, but through His power changing to becoming obedient to His will. It is not about what we do when we accept His free gift, but about what He does after we choose to accept it. There is nothing we can do apart from our free-will to choose and accept the grace Jesus Christ that will bring us into His kingdom in the Church age.
    
    Grace is solely the working of God, not man. The is nothing in the grace of God that requires the works of any man to attain salvation.
    
    Grace has fulfilled the purposes of the Ten Commandments.

    it seems clear to me.   Jesus came to give us a way to salvation because no man could live up to the harsh requirements of the law.   He completed the law, including the 10 commandments and gave us 2 commands that He said included all the law and prophets.
    Matt 22:37-40   Jesus said to him, "'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.'  38 This is the first and great commandment.  39 And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'  40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."
    In other words all requirements were met simply by accepting HIS payment for our sins and repenting and following Him alone .   The bible also says if we profess to follow Him and try to keep any of the law we are denying Him  and MUST KEEP IT ALL.
    So i have to say that if one does not Submit  to, accept and follow Jesus the Christ then keeping the 10 commandments is a useless and futile effort. The answer would be a resounding NO. 
    
    Supporting scriptures :
    Gal 2:15-16   We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles, 16 knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.
    Gal 2:21   I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain."
    Gal 3:10-14   For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them."  11 But that no one is justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for "the just shall live by faith."  12 Yet the law is not of faith, but "the man who does them shall live by them."
    
    13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree"), 14 that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
